Send notice by Saturday, December 5, 2026.

At least 14 days before the meeting. Companies Act 2006 s. 307(1).

The dates count calendar days back from the meeting. If you post the notice, add the mailing time your law or documents allow, and check whether your documents set a longer period.

Vote thresholds follow the company's articles and the Companies Act. A private company can pass most resolutions in writing instead (s. 288).
