Meet Sarah Gallop Design Inc.
Sarah Gallop founded Sarah Gallop Design Inc. (SGDI) in 2009. The firm works out of Delta and handles two kinds of jobs: complete whole-home design for new custom houses, and interior design for renovations. It covers kitchens, bathrooms, and full interiors for single-family homes, townhouses, and condos across Greater Vancouver.
Sarah is a Registered Interior Designer (RID) with NCIDQ certification and a member of the Interior Designers Institute of BC. She earned her Interior Design diploma at BCIT and runs the design team, from setting the direction on each project to reviewing the final drawings. She also chairs the HAVAN Designer Council.
SGDI was named HAVAN Interior Designer of the Year in 2021, 2022, and 2024. The firm has won CHBA BC Georgie Awards, IDIBC Shine Awards, and NKBA BC awards, often working with builder partners such as Clay Construction and Best Builders. It has held a Best of Houzz badge most years since 2016.
SGDI runs a second division, Top Shelf Design Inc., that offers the same design service for everyday homes at a more accessible scale. For a multiplex project, that range matters: SGDI can take a four- to six-unit building and give each unit a layout and finish plan that reads as a real home, not a rental box.

A multiplex needs several units that each feel distinct. SGDI designs full interiors for single-family homes, townhouses, and condos, so it can give a four- to six-plex separate kitchen, bath, and finish plans rather than copying one layout across every door.
