Meet Pacific Quorum Properties

Pacific Quorum Properties is a BC-owned property management firm started in 1997 by John G. Peccia, who still leads it as President and Founder. The company manages three kinds of property: strata corporations, residential rental buildings, and commercial space. It also runs an investor properties division and offers services to developers handing over new buildings.

Peccia has more than 25 years in direct property management. Before founding Pacific Quorum he worked as a property manager, branch manager, and general manager at a regional firm, where he handled hundreds of strata corporations. He holds a degree in business management, a managing broker license through the Real Estate Council of BC (now regulated by the BC Financial Services Authority), and a certification from the Canadian Investment Funds Institute of BC. He also served 14 years in active and reserve military.

The firm operates 13 offices through three entities: Pacific Quorum Properties Inc. for the Lower Mainland and Sea-to-Sky, plus subsidiaries Pacific Quorum (Okanagan) Properties Inc. and Pacific Quorum (Vancouver Island) Properties Inc. Offices include Vancouver, Surrey, Abbotsford, Squamish, Whistler, Kelowna, Penticton, Salmon Arm, Kamloops, Victoria, Parksville, Courtenay, and Campbell River.

If a multiplex is stratified so each unit can be sold separately, it needs a strata corporation. Pacific Quorum has managed strata corporations since 1997 and offers developer services for new buildings making that handover, which fits a builder selling individual plex units.
