Lightwell Homes is a Vancouver-based developer/builder focused on multiplex townhome developments. The firm is led by four partners: Jonathan Ames, Eric Wong, Randy Cheng, and James Livingstone.
Lightwell's portfolio includes a Tudor-inspired duplex in the Fraser/Main neighbourhood, French Tudor homes in West Dunbar, and an upcoming Cambie Village project. The firm recently completed a presentation centre — The Atelier by Lightwell Homes — to support sales across the pipeline. Designed in collaboration with DAE (Design Architecture Everyday).
