Clark Wilson LLP is a Vancouver law firm. Its roots go back to 1911, when John Clark and Alexander Wilson began practicing law in the city. The current firm took shape from a 1952 merger of two neighbouring practices, Clark & Maguire and Wilson & White.

The firm works across real estate development, commercial real estate, and strata property. On the development side, it handles residential, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and master-planned communities, plus the land deals, financing, ownership structures, and municipal approvals that go with them.
