Before he became a notary, Curtis spent nine years as a senior financial advisor at a major Canadian chartered bank and four years as an account manager at an international trading firm. He works in both English and Japanese.
The office handles the notary side of buying, selling, and refinancing property: conveyancing, title transfers, mortgage registration, and Property Transfer Tax filings.
