Meet Tristan Woods
Tristan Woods is a BCFSA-licensed mortgage broker based in Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast. He works through Dominion Lending Centres under the Integrity Mortgage BC / A Better Way Mortgage Group banner and arranges financing for clients across Sechelt, Gibsons, Roberts Creek, North Vancouver, Kelowna, Fernie, and the rest of BC.
He has close to 20 years in banking and financial services, including earlier work at TD Canada Trust before moving into brokering. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia.
As a broker rather than a single-bank lender, Tristan shops a file across Canada’s major banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders to find the rate and structure that fits.
