FirstService Residential has managed strata and rental property in British Columbia for more than 30 years. Its corporate office sits at 200 Granville Street in downtown Vancouver, and it serves communities across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and Squamish.
The BC operation manages more than 56,000 units across the Lower Mainland, ranging from high-rise condominiums to mid-rise strata, townhome complexes, and rental buildings. Services cover council meetings, AGMs and SGMs, minutes, bylaw notices and fines, strata fee collection, budgets, special levies, capital projects, trades coordination, invoice payments, and owner inquiries.
FirstService Residential BC says it is the only management company in the province to offer clients optional banking and insurance programs, which it uses to negotiate insurance coverage and rates. It also provides its own building manager, caretaking, janitorial, and concierge staff to the strata corporations it manages.
The BC company is a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation.
