Meet Michelle Yu
Michelle Yu has worked in Vancouver real estate since 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from York University and runs as a Personal Real Estate Corporation under RE/MAX Real Estate Services on West 41st Avenue.
In 2010 she decided to focus on land assembly — the work of packaging two or more adjoining lots into one development site so a group of owners can make a single, larger offer to a developer. Every owner has to agree on terms at the same time, which makes it slower and more complicated than selling a single house. To date she and her team have sold 17 assembled sites in Vancouver and field more than 150 land-assembly enquiries each year.
Today she leads Team Michelle Yu, a group of seven REALTORS® that includes Helen M Lee, Psyche Chan, Titus Ho, Wilson Chan, Allan Cheung, and Carlos Yu. The team also markets pre-construction and high-volume sales for developers. Over her career she has helped sell more than 1,000 properties in Greater Vancouver, with most of her business coming from past-client referrals.
