Next Inspections

Next Inspections is run by Adam, a home inspector who has been inspecting properties across the Lower Mainland since 2019. He trained at Carson Dunlop, a Canadian home inspection college, and earned the Nationally Certified Home Inspector (NHI) designation. He holds BC CPBC licence #82971 and National Certificate Holder credential C1800533, and is a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI).

Before inspecting full time, Adam spent more than 15 years on home renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, fencing, and decks, plus 10 years in mortgages and insurance risk management. That background shows up in his reports, which explain findings in plain language buyers can act on.

Each inspection covers nine home systems and more than 400 sub-components, from roof and structure to electrical, heating, plumbing, and drainage. Adam uses thermal imaging, moisture meters, and gas detectors on every visit, and offers pest and mold checks as part of the service.

Reports are mobile-friendly and color-coded, with photos, videos, and illustrations attached. Adam delivers them within 24 hours and usually inside 2 to 4. He works on condos, townhouses, houses, mobile homes, and new construction across Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam, the Fraser Valley, and the Sea to Sky corridor.
